To return an item to ASOS, follow these steps:
- Go to My Account and select My Orders.
- Click Create Return.
- Select the items you want to return.
- Use the drop-down menu to select the reason for return. There’s a text box if you want to provide more information.
- Search for the drop-off location nearest you, and select it.

This will be deducted from your total refund amount. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds, other than in exceptional circumstances. Your return will be processed in approximately 14 calendar days.
About asos.com Prices and Cost?
ASOS is an online fashion retailer that offers a wide range of clothing items. They provide free delivery on orders over $40 and offer unlimited free Next Day Delivery for a whole year for $24.99. They also offer a 10% discount for students. ASOS introduces over 2,500 new items every week and removes items that are no longer trending. The in-house labels at ASOS may not always match with regular US sizes, and it's often the case that ASOS branded garments are a bit larger than most standard US sizing. ASOS charges $10 per order for express shipping. If you limit yourself to just one order per month, this can end up costing you $120 per year. If you go on multiple shopping sprees every month, you'll likely pay more than a few hundred dollars per year in shipping costs alone. Please note that prices and costs can vary depending on the specific items and promotions at the time of purchase..

Does ASOS have a physical store?
ASOS is primarily an online retailer and does not have a traditional physical store. However, they have had a presence in physical retail through pop-up stores and collaborations. For instance, they launched their first in-store collection with Nordstrom, marking their first bricks-and-mortar presence anywhere in the world.
